Turn pages the right way up. Local processing · no uploads
No file selected.
One PDF · up to 50 MiB and 500 pages. A new selection replaces the current file.
No PDF loaded.
Ranges are inclusive. Duplicates are removed. Blank means all pages; unselected pages remain in the output unchanged.
Add mode applies this angle to each selected page’s existing rotation. Set mode replaces its rotation value; 0° resets that value. It cannot detect sideways content drawn inside a page.
Load a PDF to plan rotation.
Every run starts from the original selected file. Page sizes, content and ordering are copied without rasterization; the page rotation setting changes how a viewer displays selected pages. Encrypted PDFs, interactive forms and signature fields are unsupported.

Ready. Choose a PDF.
Output is capped at 100 MiB. Nothing is uploaded or opened automatically. This is not PDF sanitization. Document-level bookmarks, attachments, source metadata and signatures are not preserved as a new document; page annotations may be copied. Review the download in a trusted viewer.
Choose a PDF up to 50 MiB and wait for its page count to load locally.
Enter inclusive page ranges such as 1, 3-5, or leave blank for all pages. Unselected pages remain in the output.
Choose Add rotation or Set absolute rotation. Select 0°, 90°, 180° or 270° using the slider or dropdown.
Click Rotate PDF, then download and review the result. Each run starts from the original selected file.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Why use this tool?
Your PDF is never uploaded to any server. A self-hosted library changes page rotation locally in a cancellable browser worker, without converting pages into images. No account, remote processing or persistent document history is required. Clear releases the selection and result.
Tool inputs stay in your browser. Only your theme preference is saved on this device.
A few things worth knowing
How do Add and Set modes differ?
Add mode applies the selected clockwise angle to each selected page’s existing rotation, wrapping at 360°. Set mode replaces the PDF page rotation setting with the selected angle. Set 0° resets that setting. Neither mode can detect sideways content drawn inside the page itself.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Use one-based page numbers and inclusive ranges such as 1, 3-5. Duplicates are removed; all original pages remain in their original order. Only selected pages have their rotation settings adjusted. Blank means all pages.
Will repeated runs keep adding rotation?
No. Every run starts from the original selected PDF. Changing settings clears the previous download. To continue from a downloaded result, select that file explicitly. Results show total pages, selected pages and how many effective rotation values changed.
What limits and PDF features are supported?
One unencrypted PDF up to 50 MiB and 500 pages; output up to 100 MiB. Each inspection or rotation has a 30-second limit. Interactive forms and signature fields are unsupported. Page content, boxes and ordering are copied without rasterization. Document-level bookmarks, attachments, source metadata and signatures are not preserved as a new document; page annotations may be copied. This is not PDF sanitization.
