A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

How to use QR Print Sheets

  1. Choose URLs or plain text and paste one entry per line. Up to 100 entries are accepted, with 1,200 UTF-8 bytes per entry.
  2. Select A4 or US Letter, the QR width, and the number of copies of each entry. Numbered captions and cut guides are optional.
  3. Create the sheets and review every page using Previous and Next. The tool creates up to 200 printed codes across as many pages as needed.
  4. Download the PDF or open it in your browser PDF viewer to print. Match the paper size, choose 100% or Actual size, and turn off Fit to page. Test a printed code before distributing it.

Why use this tool?

Your entries are encoded and arranged on your device. The PDF contains vector QR modules, which remain sharp when printed. No entries or generated files are uploaded, and the tool does not add tracking links or save your list.

Tool inputs stay in your browser. Only your theme preference is saved on this device.

A few things worth knowing

Does the QR width include the white border?

Yes. The selected 25, 35 or 45 mm width includes the code and its four-module white quiet zone. Print at 100% or Actual size to preserve that measurement. Do not crop away the border.

How are codes arranged?

The grid is centered horizontally with at least 12 mm margins, 8 mm gaps, and extra space for captions when enabled. Entries follow your list order. Copies of an entry stay together and may continue onto the next page.

Can I put custom text or logos below each code?

This version offers numbered captions such as Code 001, with copy numbers when repeated. It does not print raw input content, custom labels or logos. Use QR Code with Logo for a branded individual code.

Why does the tool say a code is too dense?

Long content and higher correction levels produce more modules. This tool requires at least 0.3 mm per module at the selected print size. Choose a larger QR width, lower correction, or shorter content. This is a practical check, not a guarantee that every camera and printer will read the code.

Is this a template for pre-cut sticker labels?

No. The sheet uses a general-purpose grid, not a manufacturer-specific adhesive label template. Check the PDF preview and printer alignment before using any label stock. Optional dashed guides sit outside each code and its quiet zone.

Why is printing opening another tab?

The print link opens the generated local PDF in your browser. Use the PDF viewer’s print command. Some mobile or embedded browsers download the PDF instead; you can open the downloaded file in a PDF app. The tool does not send the file to a print service.
