A FEW SIMPLE STEPS

How to use Batch QR Generator

  1. Choose Website URLs or Plain text and paste one entry per line. Blank lines are ignored; duplicates are kept.
  2. Select PNG or SVG, an image size, and an error correction level. Each batch supports up to 100 entries of 1,200 UTF-8 bytes each.
  3. Generate the batch. If an entry needs attention, its original line number is shown. You can cancel while codes are being created.
  4. Download the ZIP. It contains numbered images and manifest.json mapping each filename to its content and source line. Preview the first 12 codes below the workspace and test codes before distributing them.

Why use this tool?

Your list is processed in your browser, and the ZIP is assembled locally. There are no uploads, tracking redirects, accounts, or saved input history. Changing the inputs or pressing Clear removes the previous results from the tool.

Tool inputs stay in your browser. Only your theme preference is saved on this device.

A few things worth knowing

What should my list look like?

Use one complete HTTP or HTTPS URL per line in Website URLs mode, or one text entry per line in Plain text mode. Blank lines are ignored and spaces at the beginning and end are trimmed. Duplicate lines produce separate codes. CSV columns, labels and multiline text entries are not supported in this version.

How are the files named?

Images are numbered in input order, such as qr-001.png or qr-001.svg. The ZIP also contains manifest.json, with the exact encoded content and original source line for each image. URL formatting may be normalized, for example by adding a trailing slash.

Are there batch limits?

A batch accepts up to 100 nonblank entries, each up to 1,200 UTF-8 bytes, with 512 or 1024 pixel exports. The total generated image data is limited to 30 MB. Longer entries or high correction levels may need a larger image size. If any entry fails, no partial ZIP is offered.

Why are only some codes previewed?

The first 12 codes are previewed to keep the page responsive. Every generated code is included in the ZIP, including those without an on-page preview. Each preview also has an individual download link.

Can I cancel or change the list?

Yes. Cancel stops at the next step and discards the partial batch. Editing any input clears previous results, including the downloadable ZIP. Clear removes the list and restores the default settings.

Does this support logos or print sheets?

This tool generates plain black-and-white codes with a white border. For a logo, use QR Code with Logo. To arrange codes on paper and download a printable PDF, use QR Print Sheets.
