A few things worth knowing

How does this tool calculate its result?

Each layer is inset (optional), X offset, Y offset, nonnegative blur, signed spread and RGBA color. Layers are serialized front-to-back into one box-shadow declaration.

What assumptions and limits apply?

1–6 layers; first is frontmost. Negative spread and offsets are supported. Box/canvas colors are preview-only. The frame may clip oversized shadows; exported CSS is unaffected.

Is anything uploaded or saved?

No. Settings stay in the current page. Only the site theme preference is stored. Exports happen only when you choose them.
